Legal Services in The Woodlands, Texas, Since 1984

Business Law · Divorce · Adoptions · Estate Planning · Immigration

The Kalish Law Firm has provided skilled, tailored legal services to residents and businesses of The Woodlands, Texas area since 1984. Over the course of 26 years, we have demonstrated that listening closely to a client allows an attorney to create legal strategies that uniquely address the client's concerns.

  • We provide personal service by meeting with clients individually to examine your legal and cost options.
  • We stay in contact until your issues are truly and fully resolved. For instance, when we guide a client through the process of organizing and incorporating a new business, we remain in touch until the business is fully operational, and we continue to answer any legal questions the business owner may have. In an adoption case, we will keep the case open past the hearings and until our client receives the child's birth certificate. In a divorce, we meet with each client after the final hearing, to explain all the court orders so the client fully understands his or her rights and responsibilities.

At the Kalish Law Firm, our attorneys focus on the following areas of practice: family law, adoptions, business law, estate planning, real estate and family-based immigration.

Kalish Law Firm was named in 2009 list of Houston's Top Lawyers in H Texas Magazine.
