  • Sio Pitre, our adoption attorney, was recently featured as a guest on the Michael Berry radio show.  Here is a link to the broadcast of November 30, 2011.  The show was dedicated to adoption and was aired in celebration of National Adoption Month.  This was Sio’s second time on the show.
  • Mariana Martinez, our new photographer and videographer is busily working on updating our video and photos. We are happy to welcome her. Watch our site for exciting updates.
  • We welcome Kenza Sidi-Ali-Cherif- Assistant,  to the Kalish team! Kenza is a student who is considering a future career as a lawyer.
  • We welcome our new Technology Assistant, Forrest McDonald. He will keep us on track and up to date! Forrest completed an internship with us this summer and is now a part of our team.
  • August 2011 Kalish Law Office is having a book drive! Please donate children’s and teen books in English and Spanish. The books will be donated to hospitals. Please bring books in August and September to our office.
  • July 2011 Kalish Law Office welcomes Myrna Ramirez. Myrna is a legal assistant and is fluent in English/Spanish.
  • April 2011 Tara Dalton, assistant at the Kalish Law Office, has received a rowing scholarship to Duke University.  Tara is a senior varsity member of RCTW (Rowing Club of The Woodlands).  She has been a member of RCTW Juniors program for 3 years. Congratulations, Tara!
  • March 2011  Jillian Buttecali, our website designer, webmaster and former assistant at Kalish Law Office, received a Undergraduate Research and Scholarly Acheivement Grant from the Baylor University Institute for Oral History. Jillian’s project used oral history and scholastic research to explore the challenges faced by incorporated towns in Texas. She interviewed community leaders and officials in Houston and presented her findings in Las Vegas in March at the Southwest Social Science Association’s annual meeting.   • Kaitlyn Bailey, former assistant at Kalish Law Office is spending the semester studying abroad in Costa Rica. She is a student at Concordia University.  The Costa Rican adventure is offering Katie a chance to experience another culture and increase her Spanish language skills.  We are proud of you, Katie!
  • On March 10, 2011 we moved to our new location on Budde Road. We are right around the block from our former office.
